We ensure that all of our workforce is skilled and trained, have all the required Personal Protection Equipment and are using it properly. Safety is the key to our success. We strive to provide a safe working environment that is risk and injury free.
Our success is dependent upon the physical and mental health of our employees. We understand the moral obligation to protect the health of our employees. These obligations include but are not limited to maintaining a safe, healthful, and efficient working environment for all of our employees and the public. It is our belief that each project can be done in a gainful, efficient, and safe manner.

New Hire Orientation
Every employee undergoes a Safety Introduction training before commencing work along with any specialized training needed.
Comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Policy
Rebar Reinforcement Placers, LLC has a vital interest in maintaining a work environment that
promotes the health, welfare, and safety of its employees. The dangers associated with drug and alcohol
abuse (substance abuse) negatively impact our workplace. Particularly, being under the influence of drugs
or alcohol possessed unnecessary and unacceptable threats to the safety and health of the individual
engaging in substance use and all those working with him or her. Therefore, RRP, LLC has implemented a
substance abuse policy. This policy is also designated to comply with the terms of the federal drug free
workplace act.
Safety Meetings
Rebar Reinforcement Placers, LLC conducts safety meetings to raise awareness on the dangers around the job site and tasks. This helps the process to run effectively when it comes to Rebar Construction.
